Melody

Rosara
Rosara is a gorgeous rose-coloured potato with outstanding light golden flesh. This proven northern hearty variety is versatile and easy to grow in most soil types and is an excellent choice for scab prone soils. It’s smooth, buttery-but-firm cooking texture, is perfect for making stews and soups or can simply be boiled with a little bit of butter and salt. Not much effort is needed to enjoy the traits of this remarkable potato.

Pink Gypsy is an exciting new variety with artistic dual coloured red and yellow skin. This unique variety originates from Scotland and features delicate white floury flesh that is perfect for boiling baking, wedges, mashing and roasting. Cerisa
Introducing Cerisa; a favourite in Europe and for good reason! Cerisa is a gourmet specialty variety with a slightly firmer cooking texture and excellent delicate nutty flavour. Cerisa produces a very high number of smaller elongated baby potatoes. It grows well in gardens, raised beds and containers alike.

Gemson is a beautiful round white-fleshed variety! This variety produces a uniform crop of small to medium sized potatoes. Alaska Bloom
Why not go on a discovery and explore a potato appropriately named to reflect the characteristics of this northern state. Big and bold! This large, high yielding variety has beautiful pinkish eyes and an evenly round shape. It has creamy flesh colour and a sweeter taste and is a good low starch option. Alaska Bloom grows very high yields in gardens but also works well in containers and pots.

Red Emmalie
Red Emmalie is a unique red skinned fingerling variety with gorgeous redish pink flesh. This variety not only tastes great but its rich flesh colour is high in antioxidants and other nutritious health benefits. Red Emmalie was discovered in Germany and is quickly gaining popularity in countries such as the U.K., Germany, and the Netherlands as a novelty garden variety. This variety matures later in the season. It does not require a lot of Nitrogen. To avoid massive plants and small potatoes do not over fertilize or use too much compost.
