Melody

Rosara
Rosara is a gorgeous rose-coloured potato with outstanding light golden flesh. This proven northern hearty variety is versatile and easy to grow in most soil types and is an excellent choice for scab prone soils. It’s smooth, buttery-but-firm cooking texture, is perfect for making stews and soups or can simply be boiled with a little bit of butter and salt. Alaska Bloom

Red Emmalie
Red Emmalie is a unique red skinned fingerling variety with gorgeous redish pink flesh. This variety not only tastes great but its rich flesh colour is high in antioxidants and other nutritious health benefits. Red Emmalie was discovered in Germany and is quickly gaining popularity in countries such as the U.K., Germany, and the Netherlands as a novelty garden variety.
