Crispy, crunchy and so addictive. These air fryer chips are perfect for a snack. How beautiful are these?!
1 Purple Magic potato
1 Lady Amarilla potato
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
Using a mandolin, slice potatoes as thinly as possible.
In a large bowl of cool water, soak potato slices for 20 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel.
Add oil, salt and pepper to dried slices of potatoes and mix gently.
Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes.
Add potato slices in a single layer. Cook at 400F for 5 minutes. Flip the potatoes. Cook at 400F for another 5 minutes until golden. This will take 10-15 minutes total depending on how thin your slices are. Feel free to add your own seasonings to the chips!
